Qualities: Designed exclusively for high speed operation and being able to operate high usage cycles without fatigue or failure. Amyco high speed doors can be installed to both internal and external environments and are resistant to low/ medium/high negative and positive wind pressure. The door also allows for sealing against draughts, dust and rodents utilising the Amyco Unique Sealing Guide (USG - Patent pending) and also incorporates the Amyco unique Easy Repair System (ERS - Patent pending). The curtain used is a 900 gram reinforced polyester weave covered in PVC with clear PVC horizontal or vertical vision panels. High wind load design without the need for wind bars due to the Amyco USG and offered in a wide range of colours.
Safety: Photo cell sensors will be fitted on the inside of the door detecting any opening obstacles also sending the door back into the open position. Our photo cells are uniquely placed inside the guides to eliminate collision damage. Micro photo-cells will also assist the Flexi-Edge system. Operation is via a control panel with membrane key pad or standard push button controls operating the opening speed of approximately 1.7 metres per second. A frequency inverter system is supplied with every door as standard.
Operation: Amyco high speed doors can be activated by a choice of options including induction loop, microwave movement detectors, remote control, pull cords, push button stations etc. Our engineers can advise you on a suitable solution to optimize your traffic flow and to reduce your energy costs.
